Position OverviewThe Capital Planning and Management Reporting team seeks a confident, self‑motivated professional with strong financial analytical skills, project management, and communication abilities. The role will support the prioritization and execution of capital‑related processes and deliverables, partnering with Finance, Business Functions, Risk, and Regulatory Affairs.
Your Impact- Assist in preparation of quarterly submissions of ERCF & ROCET1 templates to regulators, analyzing drivers for capital and shortfalls.
- Analyze actual returns and capital levels against the capital plan and policy; assist in quarterly ERCF public disclosure content.
- Comply with appropriate controls during each reporting period.
- Understand capital data structure and make enhancements to the structure and/or reports as needed.
- Assist in analysis supporting comment letters based on FHFA Notice of Proposed Rule making.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in Finance and Risk.
- Demonstrate understanding of internal business segments.
- Create presentations for senior management, Board of Directors, and regulators.
- Analyze results, review trends, and perform sensitivity analysis.
- Build and maintain reporting templates and documentation to support governance requirements.
- Work within a fast‑paced, engaging, and dynamic environment.
- 2–4 years experience in financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytics within banking, financial servicing, or consulting.
- Prior work in analytics, management or banking focused on capital planning and management preferred.
- Strong business analysis, communication, and abstract problem‑solving skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); VBA and Hyperion Smart View experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Good understanding of capital requirements under the Enterprise Regulatory Capital Framework and their relation to Basel III.
- Strong analytical, project‑management, presentation, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team.
- Ability to build relationships within a large, sophisticated organization and advance projects.
- Flexibility in thinking to develop new processes that may undergo multiple iterations.
- Active listening and learning; capture information from stakeholders.
- Robust knowledge of finance, economics, accounting, and mortgage.

This position has an annualized market‑based salary range of $88,000 – $132,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
