We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to create payment invoices in Workday. The ideal candidate will have an accounting or finance background, strong organizational skills, and experience with Accounts Payable processes.
Responsibilities- Enter and validate payment invoices in Workday
- Review supporting documentation for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial practices
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or Accounts Payable
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
