Financial Analyst

A large, growing company backed by private equity is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, business performance, and strategic decision-making. • Support budgeting and forecasting across multiple business functions, incorporating operating assumptions and evolving business priorities.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance, identify key drivers of results, and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess business initiatives, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate assumptions, interpret results, and inform business decisions.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations that connect financial results to broader business objectives.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial analyses.
• Improve reporting, planning, and analytical processes to support a growing and increasingly complex organization.
• Explore technology and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and the quality of financial insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, modeling, or related decision-support work.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex data sets.
• Experience with financial planning, enterprise accounting, or business intelligence platforms preferred.
• Ability to translate detailed analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
