Whether preparing a congressional briefing, White House engagement, or interagency meeting, this role ensures messaging is strategically aligned, mission-focused, and impactful for senior decision-makers.

• Strategic Communication & Messaging
  • Craft clear, concise, and mission-aligned messaging that resonates with senior audiences.
  • Translate complex priorities and technical information into compelling narratives for high-level stakeholders.
• Audience Analysis & Advisory
  • Intuitively assess diverse audiences, tailoring communication for clarity, relevance, and influence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on messaging strategies that support decision-making at the highest levels.
• High-Level Engagement Support
  • Develop briefing materials, talking points, and communication products for congressional, White House, and interagency engagements.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, professional messaging.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Political Science, or related field.
• 0-15+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or executive messaging.
• Proven ability to develop high-level briefing materials and talking points for senior audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience supporting DoD, ODNI, or interagency communications.
• Familiarity with congressional and White House briefing processes.
