Clinical Manager - Memory Care

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care in the Memory Care unit.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes.
• Support, guide, and train nursing staff.
• Ensure care meets all policies and regulations.
• Communicate with families, doctors, and team members.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.

• Current RN license in Virginia (or eligible for licensure).
• BSN preferred, but experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in memory care or long-term care.
• Knowledge of dementia care and state regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
