Bar Manager – Lucky Strike Entertainment
Join Lucky Strike Entertainment as a Bar Manager and lead our nationally recognized beverage program. You’ll blend mixology skills with strong leadership to keep standards high, manage resources efficiently, and ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities- Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs.
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review monthly P&L statements and make adjustments as necessary.
- Plan, supervise, and execute events in partnership with Operations and Sales staff, enabling bartending and overseeing beverage service and cleanup.
- Estimate beverage consumption, make purchases from the specified bar program, and schedule staff to accommodate business volume.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high‑performing bar team in collaboration with center management.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation always meet company standards; supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all beverages.
- Manage bar equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with all local Department of Health regulations.
- Lead bartenders and support the General Manager on all bar‑related matters.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high‑volume F&B environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in food and beverage management preferred.
- Experience in high‑volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
- Experience preparing banquet‑style events.
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and/or possession of a state Alcohol Awareness certificate.
- Strong budgetary, projection, and cost‑control skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Typical entertainment venue where you will walk, bend, and stand for extended periods and may lift objects with assistance. This position may require varying shifts, weekends, holidays, late nights, and extended hours to support business needs.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance‑based incentives, a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage, and a broad range of benefits.
