Saul Company Hospitality Group is a subsidiary of the largest private real estate company in the Washington, D.C. area, operating more than 20 business‑class hotels including Intercontinental, Marriott International, Hilton, and Best Western brands. This role processes all hotel bed linens and table linens, operating laundry machinery to meet company quality standards while providing courteous and professional guest service.

• Complete laundry procedures: sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, inspect, transport, and organize all hotel linens; operate, clean, and maintain equipment; ensure sanitation and safe use of chemicals.
• Guest Service: respond to guest requests promptly and courteously; support the hotel’s guest‑service recovery program; work collaboratively with other departments.

  maintain a clean, safe workplace; inspect equipment; report maintenance issues; follow hotel emergency protocols and safe chemical use.
• Self‑Management: plan, organize, and prioritize duties; meet attendance and grooming standards; attend hotel and department meetings; use equipment responsibly.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred; strong attention to detail, customer‑focused, ability to perform repetitive and fast‑paced work.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently; significant bending required.

Open availability required; shifts vary during AM and PM. Must be able to work as early as 7 am and as late as 11 pm.
