Position OverviewAt JMark, people are at the core of mission success. We are seeking HR Operations Support Leads across multiple discipline levels to oversee human resources operations, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and align workforce initiatives with mission objectives. This role requires deep expertise in federal HR policies, OPM titles and classifications, and the ability to provide leadership and guidance across all core HR functions, including recruitment, development, performance management, and workforce planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesTask Leadership & Strategic Alignment
- Provide overall task management, aligning HR operations with organizational and mission priorities.
- Lead workforce planning efforts and certify compliance with federal HR standards and regulations.
HR Expertise & Compliance Oversight
- Serve as an HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) on OPM classifications, policies, and federal HR regulations.
- Advise on compliance with records retention requirements, statutory obligations, and communication protocols.
- Ensure HR processes and solutions are designed, validated, and aligned with mission needs.

- Apply best practices to enhance HR operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with mission-critical requirements.
The ideal candidate will be:
- HR-Savvy & Strategic – Expert in federal HR with strong alignment to mission priorities.
- Leadership-Oriented & Mission-Focused – Capable of directing HR activities while driving workforce success.
- Detail-Oriented & Compliant – Ensures adherence to HR regulations, records retention, and classification standards.
- Collaborative & Supportive – Partners effectively with agency teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–15+ years of experience in federal HR operations, workforce planning, or HR compliance (multi-discipline levels available).
- Strong knowledge of federal HR policies, OPM classifications, and records retention requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR teams, programs, or processes.
Preferred
- Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD HR operations.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR).
