* Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
* Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
* Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, Linked In sourcing, referrals, etc.)
* Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs
Strategically identify, engage, and maintain a robust, "always-on" pipeline of exceptional, high-demand technical talent.
* Employ cutting-edge, multi-channel sourcing strategies, extending beyond traditional applications to encompass expert utilization of Boolean search, professional networks, proprietary talent databases, and industry events to penetrate passive candidate markets.
* Ensure an exceptional and personalized initial experience for prospective candidates, setting the standard for our world-class hiring process.
* Act as an internal consultant to recruiting partners and hiring leaders, providing expert insights on competitive talent landscapes, compensation trends, and innovative sourcing methodologies.
* Design, implement, and iterate on targeted, data-driven pipeline generation strategies (e.g., specialized talent campaigns, eightfold engagement, referral acceleration) to proactively address critical hiring needs.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of experience in recruiting OR 2 years of experience in Human Resources OR 2 years of client consulting experience, OR a combination of the three
* Bachelor's Degree
* Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
* At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
* At least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
* Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
* Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
