Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Receive and process computer orders and returns in a timely manner.
• Configure, image, and prepare computers for deployment.
• Receive returned computers, perform secure data wiping, and prepare them for reallocation or disposal.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper configuration standards and compliance.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, imaging tools, and IT asset management.
• Understanding of data security and wiping procedures.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
