OverviewAs an Agile Coach and Transformation Lead, you will drive organization‑wide adoption of Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. You will coach teams, deliver SAFe training workshops, and partner with senior leadership to establish lean, Agile‑ready routines that transform how the organization delivers integrated, automated solutions.
Responsibilities• Lead multiple transformation pillars from end to end, ensuring teams adopt Agile principles and tools.
• Coach and mentor team members, steering the adoption of the Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management and Agile lifecycle management.
• Design and conduct SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, and Value Stream Identification workshops.
• Gap‑analyse current processes, recommend standard methodologies, and collaborate with senior leadership to embed continuous improvement practices.
• Facilitate discussions with team leads and management, keeping the collective team focused on commitments, pace, and quality.
- 7+ years of experience with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle and Agile management tools
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through sophisticated Agile transformations
- Experience as an Agilist, leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience designing and executing enterprise‑wide transformation frameworks
- Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and organization leaders
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years, or Master’s degree and 1+ year
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+, CCNA‑Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification
- Agile Certification such as PMI‑ACP or SAFe SPC Certification
- Experience supporting IC clients
- Knowledge of Service Now
- Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework
- Ability to deliver documentation on time through the contract data requirements list approval process
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills
Applicants must hold TS/SCI clearance and be eligible for a security investigation, including a polygraph exam.
CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $ to $ (annualized USD). The offer will close within 90 days from posting.
