Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional with experience in data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and project management. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills to support projects from inception through deployment, ensuring clear communication, robust requirements, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience with project management, requirements gathering, and Agile methodology
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
• Proficiency in programming and/or data analysis languages such as Python, R and SQL
• Familiarity with testing and quality assurance practices, including user acceptance testing (UAT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business research and ad hoc analysis on product strategies and third-party vendors, providing insights that inform product development and client strategies.
• Collect, document, and manage requirements, writing user stories and supporting Agile processes to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Oversee project lifecycle activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and reporting issues to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Assist with client inquiries and technical consultations related to product functionality and issues, serving as a key resource for client needs.

Preferred

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Google Data Analytics Certification or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite and project management software
• Experience in technical environments or IT product deployments
• Pass CFA / FRM exams preferred
