• Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year
• Bonus eligible

• Base:
  McLean, Virginia (remote options available for qualifying candidates)
• Travel: up to 40 % within the U.S. to operating companies

• Deliver excellent support to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer service
• Provide guidance and support to ECS and to ECS Operating Companies
• Manage computer, software, printer, and mobile device inventory, setup, maintenance and management
• Endpoint patch management and monitoring for computer and server operating systems
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policy
• Backup maintenance and monitoring
• Provide end‑user help desk support
• Deliver relevant education and training and create documentation for non‑technical users
• Ensure that Corporate SOPs are met
• Work remotely and onsite at OpCos to perform and participate in IT projects and upgrades
• Participate in pre‑ and post‑acquisition activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Support Manager

• Previous experience in an IT Support position
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
• Experience with EDR support
• Experience with Autopilot, SCCM or similar configuration management technology
• Ability to travel up to 40 % to U.S.
  
  -based operating companies
• Understanding of and ability to follow Corporate Security & IT policies

• Outstanding customer service
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, users, groups, ACLs, and policies
• Advanced knowledge of general MS Windows applications
• General understanding of networking concepts
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; capable of leading meetings professionally
• Ability to work independently and with technical and operational teams
• Proactive change‑agent skills with competent follow through
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
