Our client, a top-tier Management Consulting firm, is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to support enterprise-level data profiling and quality assessment efforts. The role requires strong SQL capabilities, analytical thinking, and a clear understanding of data environments across ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Marts.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling, extraction, and validation
- Proven expertise in data profiling techniques and tools
- High-level understanding of ETL
, Data Warehouse
, and Data Mart architectures - Ability to assess data quality, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems
- Experience identifying and resolving data issues, and making recommendations for improvements
- Skilled at documenting data flows and dependencies across technical environments
- Excellent critical thinking
, problem-solving, and communication skills - Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to both business and technical teams
- Experience supporting data governance and data quality initiatives is highly desired
