The Hubspot Web Marketing Manager is responsible for Hubspot website management, analytics reporting, and leveraging technology to grow and enhance our digital presence.

• Oversee website content, functionality, and user experience, ensuring integrity of site architecture and accuracy of information.
• Evaluate key metrics and KPIs to assess user behavior, engagement, and conversions using Hubspot reporting and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders regularly to review insights and make data-informed recommendations.
• Assist with ongoing usability testing efforts to identify user experience issues and inform design and content improvements.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team and marketing partners to develop, support, and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Manage web projects from concept through execution, including scoping, design, implementation, testing, and launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Prioritize and manage multiple web requests, project priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Perform quality checks to ensure content accuracy, technical reliability, and adherence to design standards.
• Monitor and validate automation workflows across connected platforms to ensure they function correctly and support website operations.
• Stay current on evolving trends in web design and digital automation practices.
• Evaluate and implement innovative tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, user engagement, and overall digital strategy.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Strong understanding of the Hubspot marketing platform with module development and reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in website management and front-end development.
• Strong understanding of the Hubspot marketing platform with module development and reporting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with project management.
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools like Google Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of UI and UX website principles.
