DescriptionITI Solutions is seeking an experienced Unit Program Coordinator to provide administrative, personnel, and agreements oversight for the 67 COG, Detachment
1. This role is crucial for maintaining the Detachment’s mission support capability for cyberspace operations. U.S. Citizenship is required.
The Unit Program Coordinator shall perform duties including:
Program and Agreement Management- Provide oversight expertise for MOA/MOU Programs, Service-Level Agreements, and Host-Tenant Support Agreements.
- Serve as the 67 COG, Detachment 1 requirements advocate during inter-service and intra-service agreement negotiations.
- Develop, analyze, and coordinate programming and planning documents.
- Maintain the 67 COG, Det 1 Agreements library to ensure currency and accuracy.
- Address and resolve problems related to host base or involved parties in documents.
- Provide civilian and military personnel human resource technical guidance, expertise, and management analysis.
- Formulate and recommend courses of action to leadership for resource adjustments, efficiency improvements, and maximizing Squadron resources.
- Assist in ensuring military programs (e.g., promotions, awards and decorations, PME selection) are scheduled, coordinated, and meet appropriate timelines for submission to higher commands (67 COG, 67 CW, 16 AF, ACC).
- Assist in producing reports/briefings as required by leadership.
- Maintain the Task Management Tool (TMT) database.
- Provide administrative support utilizing various military and civilian personnel and administrative systems, including: vMPF, BLSDM, MyPers, DCPS (MyBiz+), vPC, PRDA, CMS, Leave Web, SharePoint, MilPDS, ATAAPS, AFPAAS, DTS, and emerging MyFSS systems.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Air Force personnel and administrative systems (listed in responsibilities).
- Experience in managing and coordinating support agreements (MOA/MOU, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
