As a Product Manager focusing on Bank Modernization you will be reimagining our Consumer Bank to create game‑changing customer experiences and business outcomes. You will build platforms and services that deliver real‑time data  will be responsible for building and executing the strategy for future platforms that will power real‑time, intelligent capabilities and enable the Bank to ship products at devastating speed.

We have a long journey ahead and are excited to bring on inquisitive, strategic, thought leaders to build our future bank. In this role on the Core Data team, you will lead a dedicated tech team to define, design, and deliver the next generation of services to enable data consumers.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Richmond, VA: $99,100 – $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Wilmington, DE: $99,100 – $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
