About the team:
As a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) on the Mar Tech team of the Bank Tech organization, you will work on high‑priority initiatives related to ad tech and marketing tech. In this exciting role, you will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across lines of business to drive execution of a cohesive roadmap across multiple work streams and deliver results that will have a direct impact on the company.

In addition to the technical program, you will pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.

• Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life‑cycle
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and influencing skills
• A quantitative approach to problem‑solving and a collaborative mindset for holistic solutions; a systems thinker
• Ability to simplify complex technical matters and drive well‑educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams
• Deep focus on execution, follow‑through, accountability, and results
• Exceptional cross‑team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done
• Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listening skills, and deep seated empathy for teams and partners

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs

• 5+ years of experience designing and building data‑intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems & highly available services using AWS cloud computing services and architecture
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
• 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs—owning the business or technical vision, collaborating with large cross‑functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and unblocking work to achieve business impact
• Experience building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
