Collaborate with Salesforce architects to embed AI-driven workflows into CRM processes.

AI Enablement Governance Define best practices for prompt engineering across teams.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.

Managerial Responsibilities

Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, and governance for AI-related programs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.

Conduct workshops and training sessions on effective prompt engineering.

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer with proven experience in AI-driven solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agent force).The ideal candidate will design, optimize, and implement prompt strategies for generative AI models, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and delivering measurable business impact.

Preferred

Skills:

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, AI Specialist).

Familiarity with Copado, Antirabbit, and Dev Ops tools for Salesforce.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration patterns.
