In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas:

• You’ll collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design.
• You’ll breakdown business epics into features and subsequently into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test.

• Help uncover new ways to unlock efficiency and improve the lives of our financial crime investigators, using automation.
• Maintain a suite of tools that are leveraged by multiple teams to drive down manual effort and increase overall investigative quality in partnership with a full stack engineering team and operational support.
• Partner with business, technology, and product teams to work on some of the most critical processes within Compliance and Ethics, including our FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit).
• Optimize team outcomes, with a focus on well managed practices and prioritization of the highest priority work.
