Service Now Tester
Location:
McLean, VA / Plano, TX – 5 Days Onsite (100% Onsite), Duration: 6+ months
Locals Only! In-Person Interview Required!
OverviewTest and ensure quality of Service Now modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing.
Responsibilities- Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium).
- Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.
- 5-8 years QA experience.
- 3+ years Service Now ATF (IRM/GRC).
- Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience.
- Service Now certifications, scripting, CI/CD experience.
