Aboutthe Team
This product manager will be pivotal in driving the enablement of Live Test Accounts (LTAs), initially within our new Core and expanding across the entire Capital One Retail Bank organization. Responsibilities will include partnering with technology teams to define a feasible and scalable technical approach for LTA identification & governance, establishing a comprehensive governance process with stakeholders across Bank Mod and legacy systems, and defining the roadmap for full enablement.
This Product Manager will own the prioritization of the LTA rollout and manage the complete account lifecycle, from stand‑up and monitoring to eventual sun setting
In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management
Philadelphia, PA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
Wilmington, DE: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
