Position Status: 12‑18 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $80–$90/hour

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Policy & Quality Assurance Lead to play a critical role in aligning enterprise policies, business processes, and system integrations within a large‑scale transformation program. This individual will provide strategic oversight across policy analysis, quality assurance, and testing to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational readiness across multiple enterprise platforms. In this role, you will partner closely with functional, technical, finance, and change management teams to evaluate policy impacts, guide design decisions, and ensure end-to-end validation of system integrations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in policy governance, quality assurance leadership, and complex system implementations, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Lead enterprise‑wide reviews of existing policies, procedures, and SOPs impacted by large‑scale system and process transformations.
- Develop and maintain a Policy Impact Register to track required updates, approvals, training needs, and policy retirements.
- Identify obsolete, conflicting, or duplicative policies and coordinate updates with enterprise operations and policy owners.
- Author and revise policies, procedures, and process maps aligned to standardized Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows.
- Partner with change management teams to support communications, training updates, and organizational readiness.
- Define and oversee end‑to‑end testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
. - Author and manage execution of test plans and test cases focused on compliance, financial accuracy, and system integrations.
- Validate workflows and cross‑system data accuracy during integration and end‑to‑end testing.
- Track defects, support remediation efforts, and ensure traceability between requirements, design decisions, and test outcomes.
- Support readiness assessments, milestone reviews, and go‑live preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in policy analysis, quality assurance, or compliance within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, and ITIL
. - Demonstrated experience developing master test strategies, test plans, and detailed test scripts.
- Proven ability to author, revise, and govern corporate policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical, functional, and executive teams.
- Experience leading quality assurance initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CGFM, CISA, or PMP
. - Experience supporting supply chain modernization or enterprise system transformations.
- Background in Business Process Re‑Engineering (BPR) initiatives.
- Familiarity with supplier exchange portals and contractual flow‑down requirements.
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional policy harmonization efforts.
