The Test Data Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining test data sets that support automated and manual testing across VESEE environments. This role ensures test data accuracy, availability, and privacy compliance, enabling consistent and repeatable quality validation throughout development, integration, and release cycles.

• U.S Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• This position is remote but may require occasional onsite meetings in McLean, VA.
• You can be based out of the following states: AZ, DC, FL, GA, OH, ME, MD, SC, TX, UT, VA, NC, OK, WV.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing test data or database-driven test support activities.
• Strong experience with Oracle RDS and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Experience developing and maintaining stored procedures and functions.
• Experience with query optimization, execution plans, materialized views, and partitioning.
• Experience performing ETL/ELT data transformations for test data preparation.
• Experience working with JSON, CSV, and XML data export and import.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with QA, engineering, and operations teams.

• Experience supporting automated and manual testing teams.
• Experience managing test data across multiple environments.
• Experience operating in regulated or enterprise environments.

• Design and manage test data strategies to support functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Ensure test data sets are consistent, reusable, and aligned with testing objectives.

• Create and maintain test data using Oracle RDS and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Develop and manage stored procedures and functions to generate and refresh test data.

• Design and execute ETL/ELT data transformations to prepare test data for multiple environments.
• Support data partitioning and materialized views to optimize test data access and performance.

• Validate test data accuracy and completeness to ensure reliable test outcomes.
• Support reconciliation of test data across environments.

• Apply query optimization techniques and analyze execution plans to ensure efficient test data operations.
• Support performance tuning related to test data usage.

• Manage test data export and import using JSON, CSV, and XML formats.
• Ensure data integrity during data movement between environments.

• Ensure test data complies with privacy and data handling requirements.
• Support masking, anonymization, or controlled use of sensitive data where applicable.

• Coordinate availability of test data across development, test, and integration environments.
• Ensure test teams have timely access to required data sets.

• Document test data sources, structures, refresh processes, and usage guidelines.
• Maintain clear records to support repeatability and auditability of test data.

• Identify opportunities to improve test data processes, automation, and reliability.
• Refine test data approaches to better support evolving testing needs.
