• Work with the technical team to design, develop, test, and implement new networks and network architectures using current technologies, including authorization and accreditation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to complete requirements for all required approvals and maintain compliance throughout the full lifecycle of the A&A process.
• Partner with the Sponsor and users to identify and develop system requirements, considering desired outcomes, hardware limitations, and operational needs.
• Provide operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software in support of the Sponsor's goals and objectives.
• Coordinate across the Sponsor's organization and business partners to expedite operational approvals.
• Analyze new technologies, hardware, and software to determine applicability and necessity for existing or proposed systems, including security, storage, and network technologies.
• Ensure compliance with the Sponsor's security requirements, including data protection, access control, and incident response.
• Develop and assist with implementing security controls to protect Sponsor systems and data, including firewalls, multi-factor authentication, and encryption.
• Conduct internal risk assessments to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain security documentation, including System Security Plans, Security Assessment Reports, and Plans of Action and Milestones.
• Coordinate with the Sponsor's security team to ensure projects meet security requirements and resolve security-related issues.
• Implement the Sponsor's A&A process, including preparing and submitting required documentation and leading A&A meetings and reviews.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity requirements such as DISA STIGs.

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Demonstrates experience with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 Assessment and Accreditation (A&A) process and acquiring necessary approvals to develop, implement and operate systems.
• Certifications:
  
  CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

  Certification: EC-Council Ethical Hacker (CEH)
