As a Technical Architect on our Public Sector Services team, you will realize solutions for our customers by working hands-on with our federal, state, and local government customers and partners to solve critically important business challenges using Mule Soft's Anypoint Platform. You provide technical and strategic guidance to Mule Soft implementation projects, evaluate the customer's technical and functional requirements, and develop efficient solutions to help customers achieve their business transformation goals.

Within Mule Soft, you are a thought leader whose voice and actions are essential in growing our overall Services business, team, and culture.

• Apply your passion for learning to achieve both personal and professional growth by quickly picking up new skills through Mule Soft and Salesforce product and services training and by completing Mule Soft technical certifications.
• Jump right in and provide immediate impact in your first three months by shadowing Senior Architects and participating in field activities using skills gained during your onboarding.
• Use your autonomy as an implementation leader to act and take risks in order to accelerate your growth while providing innovative and unique solutions to complex business problems.

• Work closely with customers and Mule Soft team members to architect transformational technology solutions to meet client business needs in accordance with industry best practices.
• Lead customer, partner, and Mule Soft technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and the operational life cycle.
• Guide product direction and features by providing valuable insight to Mule Soft product leadership.

• Identify risks and blockers throughout engagements and contribute to designing and implementing internal mitigation measures to meet customer needs.
