Lead Business Analyst - Onsite

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst for an on-site position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in McLean, VA. This is a 2- month + contract to hire opportunity. This role involves leading a team focused on third-party risk management and information security. The ideal candidate will act as a business analyst within the mortgage industry, interfacing between business and technical teams to translate requirements and support the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Interface between business and technical teams Gather requirements and perform business analysis Design process/data flows and technical specifications Translate business requirements into technical requirements Define project objectives and conduct feasibility analysis Support development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Create and document UAT test strategies, plans, and test cases/scripts Requirements:
Prior experience as a team lead Strong expertise in third-party risk management, information security, and operational risk Advanced skills in spreadsheet formulas, Excel automation, and financial statement analysis Knowledge of SOC reviews (including SOC 1 Type
2), controls, and enhancements Experience working as a business analyst in the mortgage industry Understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) Knowledge of manual and automation testing Excellent communication and analytical skills Desired skills:
Experience in IT audit Pay range:
