Spearhead the configuration and optimization of Workday business processes, lead special projects within the Human Capital Management (HCM) area, and support day-to-day operational functions, applying project management, analytical capabilities of a business analyst, and process knowledge of a functional lead. Ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines.

Define solutions and options for how to best support business requirements using Workday HCM functionality. Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, technical file specs, end-to-end processes, and other project artifacts. Perform system configuration and conduct unit testing and defect management in support of operational and project tasks. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist with inquiries, questions, and resolving issues such as Help Desk incidents.

Support the Workday HCM area by leveraging strong project management and support expertise, proficient analytical capabilities, creativity, flexibility, and process orientation of a functional expert. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems
• 3+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Core administrator or analyst
• Knowledge of HR processes and digital touchpoints with other functional areas

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
