AI Engineer (Applied/Software)
We are building the next generation of engineering and operational excellence enablers: AI-powered tools, accelerators, and paved-road practices that make it dramatically easier for teams across People Tech to deliver software with speed, quality, and confidence. This is a people leadership role for someone who is equally a technical thought leader and a hands-on solution architect.
As a Senior Manager, Full-Stack Engineer (People Leader) you will lead a team that builds and scales the foundational capabilities other engineering teams rely on, while shaping and architecting those solutions yourself. You will set the technical vision for applying AI and automation to engineering and operations, design the frameworks others build upon, and mentor the people who bring them to life.
You won't just manage execution—you will define what excellence looks like and prove it through the solutions you architect.
- Set Technical Vision: Establish the strategic roadmap for AI-driven engineering and operational excellence, leveraging expertise in CI/CD, Dev Ex, automation, and AI to accelerate software delivery.
- Architect Solutions: Design reusable AI accelerators, automated tooling, and paved-road workflows that eliminate friction across the developer experience.
- Advance Operational Excellence: Implement built-in practices and tooling to ensure high quality, reliability, and continuous delivery are standard across all teams.
- Lead Engineers: Coach and elevate a high-performing engineering team, translating ambiguous enterprise missions into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- Partner & Influence: Align cross-functional leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to drive broad adoption of platform solutions.
