Legal Technology Analyst (CLM Focused Opportunity)

Description:

Support the enhancement and optimization of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This individual will partner with Legal Operations, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to improve contracting processes, user adoption, reporting, document management, automation, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of legal operations knowledge, contract management experience, and legal technology implementation expertise. This role supports the client’s CLM Continuous Improvement Roadmap and will contribute to both strategic initiatives and ongoing platform enhancements.

Responsibilities Support intake, review, and prioritization of CLM enhancement requests

Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities

Maintain and update the CLM Continuous Improvement Roadmap Track project status, business value, and implementation planning activities

Support legal technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives

Configure and enhance end-to-end contracting workflows within the CLM platform

Analyze contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, and workflow structures

Document current-state and future-state business processes

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications

Build, test, and maintain no-code workflow solutions

Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops

Support user training, communications, office hours, and adoption efforts

Create process documentation and user guides

Required Skills Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes:

Intake Drafting Negotiation Approval  workflows

Execution

Repository management

Reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Knowledge of workflow design and process automation

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Experience facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for process improvement and user adoption

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in:

Legal Operations Contract ManagementCLM Administration Legal Technology Legal Administration Related discipline

Experience supporting legal software or SaaS implementations

Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM platforms such as:

Workday CLM (Evisort)
Ironclad Agiloft Icertis Sirion Conga Docu Sign  CLMSimilar CLM solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with :

Smartsheet Microsoft Project Jira Contract  migration projects

Metadata extraction initiatives

Global enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders

Participation in at least one CLM implementation or major legal technology deployment

Knowledge of AI-enabled contract review, contract intelligence, or legal AI solutions

Bachelor's degree in:

Legal Studies Business Information  Systems Political Science Public Policy Related field
