• Act as a Technical Advisor/Consultant to critical SI/SETA activities
• Provide guidance on technical, operational and analysis support
• Draft, review, and brief customers and other stakeholders
• Analyze problems and develop solutions while engaging in onsite project coordination with technical leads

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing IC-related documents
• Experience with computer network communications
• Experience with cellular network systems
• Experience with SIGINT operations
• Experience on teams with cyber operations (CNO)
• Technical bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience
• Desired Mandarin skills

Target salary range: $155K - $195K.
