Overview

At JMark, precision and compliance in legal processes are critical to supporting the Intelligence Community (IC). We are seeking Paralegals across multiple discipline levels to perform litigation support, manage sensitive case documentation, and ensure strict adherence to IC-specific legal and regulatory frameworks. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of discovery protocols, and expertise in handling classified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management & Compliance Tracking:
    Maintain case files, chain of custody logs, and compliance records in accordance with IC requirements. Respond to requests for information on case status, substance, and documentation.
  • Document Review & Litigation Support:
    Perform document review for substance, accuracy, and completeness. Support litigation activities by preparing, organizing, and maintaining all case-related materials.
  • Discovery & Sensitive Data Handling:
    Partner with technical staff and ODNI attorneys to facilitate discovery, verifying production contents for accuracy. Follow strict protocols for handling CUI and classified materials, ensuring proper chain of custody and quality control of all productions.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
  • 0–15+ years of paralegal or litigation support experience (multi-discipline levels available).
  • Strong knowledge of chain of custody, CUI handling, and IC-specific legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD legal operations.
  • Familiarity with discovery protocols for classified information.
