Systems Integration & Development (SID), an award‑winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA, is seeking a full‑time, hybrid Project Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities- Provide project management resources and processes to control, plan, identify issues, monitor and track all work activities, including services and products for centralized administrative, clerical, documentation, and related services.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Perform analysis of program costs and milestone performance, utilizing processes, documentation, and reporting for all Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements and Agile‑derived elements.
- Assist in defining project requirements and system specifications.
- Conduct project meetings and provide guidance to project teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, information technology, or engineering.
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or software development.
- Previous experience supporting government contracts as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
- PMP certification is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster good working relationships.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast‑paced environment.
