Position: Senior Manager, Project Management (Technical Portfolio Lead)
* Strong portfolio, project, and program management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Proven experience optimizing and implementing complex portfolio operating models (including routines, artifacts and methods) in a repeatable and sustainable way
* Known for your strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
* Can work autonomously and knows when to escalate in a timely manner with direct manager and leadership
* Confident to champion unpopular ideas even with more senior leaders
* Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
* Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
* Executive communication skills that can tell the story that will positively drive transformational change
* Contributor to continuous improvement of program / portfolio management practices
* Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
* At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
* At least 1 Year of People Management experience
* Masters / MBA degree
* 9+ years of Project Management experience
* 5+ years of complex Portfolio Management experience
* PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Strong problem solving and influencing skills
* Work experience achieving results with complex projects
