As a Senior Manager Project Manager at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. About the Team

As part of the Enterprise Human Resources (eHR) Strategic Operations team, you will partner with product, technology, and HR domain leaders to drive innovative customer experiences and strategic initiatives that create value for Capital One HR.

General Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement data-driven customer success strategies, best practices, and tooling to ensure our HR product portfolio is delivering on the highest priority customer needs

* Serve as the voice of the customer (e.g., HRBPs), working across HR One Team+ to share insights and drive improvements

* Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports

* Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

* Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time

* Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

* Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

* Lead a team of project managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across project management and customer experiences

* Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

* At least 8 Years of Project Management, Product Management , or Business Analysis experience

* At least 1 Year of People Management experience

* At least 4 Years leading Customer Success

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters / MBA degree

* At least 10 years of Project Management experience

* At least 3 years of People Management experience

* PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

* Excellent problem solving and influencing skills

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $170,800 - $194,900 for Sr Manager, Project Management

Richmond, VA: $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr Manager, Project Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
