$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus!

As a Full Time Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in McLean, VA. The scheduled hours are Monday‑Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintain patient health records and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date documentation
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice) as applicable
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (see list)
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (transcripts if necessary)
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting
