Requirements:
- Virginia-Licensed CNA (Mandatory)
- Work location:
McLean, VA, in private home care - Memory Care experience a plus (Alzheimer’s)
- Hoyer Lift experience necessary
- Patience and congeniality essential
- Availability:
Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, every weekend - Hourly rate: $15 - $19 plus bonuses
- Signing bonus after probation
- Full-time hours available
- Comprehensive health plans including dental and vision
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
- Must deliver VIP concierge level home health care in private homes
- Experience in assisted living memory care is a plus
- Uniform: scrubs, mask, badge during all shifts
- COVID-19 vaccination required with CDC card
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Prepare meals as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Effective communication skills in English
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB test within last 2 years
