The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager is responsible for documenting, managing, implementing, and institutionalizing various Quality Control activities at the project site. The role is part of the QAQC service center team working on multiple projects across M.C. Dean.

• Lead M.C. Dean's Quality Management System on the project, ensuring control of documents, records, and nonconforming installations.
• Initiate, follow-up, and close corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement the Quality Plan tailored to project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand the scope of work.
• Establish and lead a 3-Phase Quality Control Process, conducting preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Collect and analyze inspection data, prepare weekly reports.
• Manage discrepancy notices, CAPA, and punch list processes.
• Participate in review of engineering deliverables and coordinate with third-party agencies.
• Perform receipt inspections of procured materials.
• Support internal audits and participate in ORM meetings.

• Review contract documents for compliance.
• Implement the 3-Phase Quality Control approach.
• Create project-specific installation checklists.
• Perform detailed inspections and participate in safety and project meetings.
• Manage and resolve quality issues and punch-lists.
• Interface with general contractors and owners to communicate requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field, with at least 10 years of construction experience; 7 years with a master's degree.
• Experience as a QAQC manager or in related roles such as Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System, experience with military/government projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Must pass a background check.
