As a Senior General Manager at JLL, you will lead and oversee comprehensive real estate operations. This role requires you to manage complex client relationships, deliver exceptional service outcomes, and guide teams toward ambitious performance targets. The position demands strong leadership capabilities as you'll mentor managers, cultivate key client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across all service delivery areas. What your day-to-day will look like:

Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of properties or one large campus, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction metrics

Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts, serving as their primary strategic advisor and trusted partner

Mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture of collaboration that strengthens team performance

Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.

Implement tenant satisfaction program, meet regularly with tenants to ensure successful program

Oversee competitive bidding process for all third-party contracted services and ensure compliance with JLL standards

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting team members' career advancement and skill enhancement

Present to senior leadership and key stakeholders on business performance and strategic initiatives

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while supporting each other's wellbeing across all teams

Any other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

On-site presence required.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred)10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or related professional services

Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to grow major client relationships

Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams

Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Proficiency in real estate management software, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe

Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences and stakeholder management

Preferred qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CPM, CCIM, RPA, or equivalent industry credentials

Technology-forward mindset with experience implementing innovative solutions and digital transformation initiatives
