Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Target:
Tipped, $20-35+ based on averages and subject to fluctuation.

A Server at Level
99 provides exceptional hospitality, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all restaurant guests and entertainment players with genuine enthusiasm. The Server anticipates guest needs, possesses extensive food and beverage knowledge, and works effectively with the team to ensure seamless and exemplary service.

• Warmly greet guests ensuring a welcoming presence.
• Be present and attentive by recognizing visual cues of guests’ needs before they realize what they need.
• Convey enthusiasm for our food and beverage menus while maintaining proper knowledge of menu items and food allergies.
• Work as a team at all times, supporting one another and prioritizing on behalf of the guest.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system including guest payments and order tracking.
• Understand and follow the steps of service.
• Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Be proactive about keeping the server stations stocked and your section clean and clear.
• Review daily tasks checklist to keep the dining area clean and ready for service.
• Run food, bus tables and contribute to the overall guest experience.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
• Perform all other duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Server or Bartender.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude – leading by example.
• Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to serve.

• Previous high volume experience.
• Strong knowledge of beer and cocktail programs.
• Experience with POS and KDS systems.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work eight hour-plus shifts, and stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs.
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.

99 is a real-world gaming venue designed for adults, featuring over 50 mental and physical challenges in artistic environments. Games range from ninja warrior obstacle course style challenges to mental logic puzzles, and everything in between. Each challenge is quick—just 1 to 4 minutes—and Players can do the same room over and over again, or they can move on to something new.
