Support the restaurant by preparing food, adhering to recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Execute high standards by following prep par levels and presentation. Demonstrate honesty and integrity, choosing humility over the need to be right.

• Uphold all kitchen standards from delivery to serving guests.
• Follow recipes, preparation procedures, and par levels as directed by culinary leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience as a prep cook in a high-volume food and beverage setting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, respectful, and courteous attitude towards team members.
• Energetic, joyful, and upbeat demeanor.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes.

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, stand, sit, squat, walk, and navigate stairs.
