Five Guys is opening a brand‑new store in Columbia Pike, Arlington. We are interviewing assistant managers and general managers to join our team.

The position is salaried, non‑exempt and starts at $50,000 per year with possible overtime and performance‑based bonus rewards. The role offers a base pay plus tips, a bonus structure, and a free employee shift meal.
