Role:
Bartender. You will provide exceptional hospitality, create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipate guest needs, maintain knowledge of the menu and food allergies, and work with the team to ensure exemplary service.

$20.00/hr - $35.00/hr

• Warmly greet guests and maintain an inviting presence.
• Recognize guests’ needs before they realize them; stay attentive and engaged.
• Convey enthusiasm for the menu and maintain knowledge of dishes and allergies.
• Work as a team to prioritize guest experience.
• Process transactions using the POS system accurately.
• Follow the steps of service and verify legal drinking age.
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and mix cocktails.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Relevant training certificate
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes and policies
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• High integrity and professionalism
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Must be 21+ years old (Virginia)

• High-volume experience
• Strong knowledge of beer and cocktail programs

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eight-hour-plus shifts; ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
