The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and help complete daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare daily transaction verification reports.
• Understand meal inclusions.
• Ensure proper and sanitary storage of food.
• Serve food according to schedules and policies.
• Use and care for kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Prepare various food items and beverages promptly.
• Add garnishments for presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Adhere to uniform policy.
• Coordinate with the manager to prepare the daily menu.
• Supervise food temperature requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Sanitize counters, steam tables, and other equipment.
• Follow procedures for cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and ware washing.
• Keep garbage and kitchen floors tidy and sanitary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and/or PPE may be required.

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
