Overview

Asset Protection Coordinator - Tysons Corner Center at Old Navy. This role focuses on protecting People, Assets, and Brands in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain a safe and secure store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, resolve, and provide training around internal and external theft awareness and reduction
  • Emergency preparedness, risk analysis, and threat mitigation
  • Support and deliver on the objective of shortage and safety programs
  • Collaborate with leadership, internal and external partners, and law enforcement to execute the Company Habitual Offender Program (prosecution through case building)
  • Maintain operational controls and ensure compliance
Qualifications
  • Ability to provide Loss Prevention leadership to drive results, coach and develop direct reports, and lead execution through others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to actively learn and apply learnings to decisions and behaviors
  • Time management and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to research processes or transaction flows to identify root causes of errors
  • Ability to effectively train and onboard new employees and help create an inclusive environment
