Louis Vuitton is seeking an innovative, agile, client‑centric Client Care Associate to join the operations teams at our Tysons Galleria boutique.
A Client Care Associate will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special and strong emphasis on after‑sales service. You will ensure that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. As a Client Care Associate, you will discover your clients and their every need. You will cultivate trusting relationships and ensure they feel cherished and understood as a special part of the Louis Vuitton family.
As the voice of Client Services in the store, you will champion all after‑sale services offered by Louis Vuitton.
In this role, you will ensure our Clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to an overall rewarding client experience. You will consistently follow up with clients regarding their items or inquiries, and be creative in exploring options or recommendations that would best suit the client and company. Our Client Care associates master an in‑depth knowledge of the brand’s technological aspects, processes and procedures.
You will also work as a business partner with the Operations team to define a smooth back‑of‑house process and routine in order to best support the Client Experience.
