The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in‑store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, you provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, maintain effective store operations, and drive floor performance.

• Schedule varies weekly; expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.

• Education – High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Retail Experience – At least 1 year preferred.
