Summary
The Stylist guides and inspires customers by making style a source of creative energy. This role provides gracious service, fashion guidance, and product knowledge while cultivating long-term client relationships in store and online.
Responsibilities- Create an appointment-based client experience and build customer relationships.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging in-store and online experience.
- Drive sales by serving in-store and online clients and using technology.
- Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
