The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent customer service and sell products in store and online. The role focuses on building client relationships, sharing product knowledge, driving sales, and maintaining an engaging merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store experience while building customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology effectively.
- Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
- Lead and develop Beauty Advisors, maintaining a welcoming and productive sales floor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety rules, and procedural manuals.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
