• Proactively identify and engage with targeted key accounts to enhance market penetration and drive collective growth.
• Call on and develop relationships with new prospects to meet and exceed individual and departmental revenue expectations.
• Present products and services to enterprise accounts.
• Exceed established revenue targets for new business opportunities in software sales.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reports.
• Effectively manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize new business opportunities.
• Monitor and report sales activity within the system.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction with the Cvent product and organization.
• Continuously develop relationships with key decision‑makers for accounts that will provide new business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of prior revenue‑generating software sales experience (more desired).
• Industry experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or analytics highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills, with the ability to multi‑task in a dynamic, fast‑changing entrepreneurial environment.
• Able to integrate knowledge across disciplines—cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.
• Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, able to work independently and contribute to team initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $82,000‑$90,000 annually plus commission depending on job‑related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
